Devlog 5 - Audio/UI
Implementation
One of the last builds to the game which introduces Audio and the rest of the UI to my game.
List of added features below:
- Main Menu, that is a dynamic menu system
- Settings Menu, with Music and SFX volume sliders
- Pause Menu, with the ability to restart the game or return to the Main Menu
- Relic Shop for future use of Antimatter (in main menu, but WIP)
- Player Death screen
- All Card Icons
- Music for the Main Menu and in-game background music
- Sound effects for: Level Up, Enemy Hit, XP orb pickup, UI hover and click, Player Death and Player Hit
- Antimatter in-game currency (currently no use)

Known Bugs
Same as last build, except I made an improvement to the wave 25 lag, you can now get to wave 30 before it starts to lag.
However, I believe I have narrowed the lag done to the spawning of the Ranger enemy. I believe I have a simple fix for this which should make it into the final build of the game.
Feedback
I got a ton of feedback from the testing session on Friday, but I will go over that feedback in the final build of the game. The only feedback that I recieved before the testing sessions was that the gravity wells around the planets felt too strong, which I totally agreed on. So I've adjusted them so that you are able to still slingshot around them, but they won't be as annoying when fighting the boss.
